We do not ship any orders outside of Zimbabwe at present.
In the event of a return query, the following steps must be adhered to:
Please note that no hand returns / exchanges are possible to the address below.
Only verified couriers are accepted i.e: Swift, FedEx, DHL, etc.
- Products must be returned in the exact condition they were received in and in their original packaging complete with all swing tags / labels attached. Used items will not be accepted.
- Returned items must be sent back to Byolife Sports within 7 working days.
Please allow between 7-10 working days for this process.
The item will need to be returned to our warehouse, inspecting by our online team and replacement product packaged and shipped.
Select a colour and size, then click “add to cart”. If the item is
out of stock, relevant messaging will be displayed above the “add to
cart” button.
Unfortunately, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been processed.
You will need to receive your delivery & then go through the return

Once you have proceeded to check out, you will be redirected to the
order confirmation page confirming your successful order. You will also
receive an order confirmation e-mail with a summary of your order
information.
Simply enter your coupon code on the shopping cart page. The order summary will automatically update to reflect your discount.
Once payment is made, we are not able to amend the order to add
in the coupon code, but this code can then be used on your next online
purchase.
